What is your return policy?
At Cafvina Coffee & Tea®, our goal is to provide our guests with not only the products possible, but the best customer experience as well. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we strive to ensure that our return policies reflect that as best we can.
If there were any errors on our end with your purchase (wrong item, missing items), please contact us at onlineorder@cafvina.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you were dissatisfied with your order, our expert Customer Support team will be here to help you out!
***Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted, and will not result in an automatic refund.
Damages and issues
Within 30 Days of Purchase, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For safety reasons, food items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If the refund was approved, our team will work with you to refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
